The first installment of the Global Pulse Discussion Series focused on the East Asia, Southeast Asia & Oceania region, exploring the future of bilateral relations between the United States and Vietnam.

The event will feature Dr. Murray Hiebert, Deputy Director and Senior Fellow, Sumitro Chair for Southeast Asia Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Dr. Tuong Vu, Associate Professor, Comparative Politics East & Southeast Asia, at the University of Oregon. Dr. Bradley Kaplan, Senior Maritime Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, will moderate.
