Madam is a mentor with LA WORKS where she is dedicated to empowering black youth, individuals, organizations, and communities through innovative and sustainable development solutions, education and policy advocacy. Madam Lara's core passion includes cultivating relationships that fosters knowledge acquisition, skills, and capabilities that enable positive social change, inclusive growth, and resilient development. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, leveraging local expertise, and promoting participatory approaches, we aim to build a stronger, more prosperous communities. As a lifelong advocate for women affairs, a member of women in trade (OWIT), Madam Lara is committed to facilitating trade talks amongst women entrepreneurs, understanding their needs, and supporting them with diverse resources such as raising capital, market access, SME consulting and project management.
