Jer McKoy is an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force currently assigned to the Joint Staff, where he leads integration of future capabilities across the Department of Defense. His previous roles include a variety of leadership and staff positions, with numerous deployments throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Jer's undergraduate focus on foreign affairs and graduate degree in leadership are further reflections of his heart for public service. His current graduate studies center on data science and influence operations, building on entrepreneurial programs in human-centered design and innovation. In his free time, Jer enjoys coaching functional fitness and endurance sports, as well as a good book on human behavior. He is married to Bri McKoy, an author and speaker.
