Chaka Jones is the Senior Human Resources & Operations Officer at the Pacific Council on International Policy, where he oversees all aspects of human resource management including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, engagement, wellness, and training. Mr. Jones additionally coordinates with the Pacific Council’s accounting system services vendor to maintain accurate financial records. He also plans and coordinates with the Pacific Council’s IT systems vendor to implement system upgrades and make changes to hardware and software as needed. Prior to joining the Council, Mr. Jones was an instructor for USC’s Professional Certification Program.
