
Jessica Pham-Ruhland is a former U.S. Diplomat now working at the intersection of policy and tech. She's currently at Google, and prior to that, was at Palantir. She previously served in the U.S. Embassies in Germany, Cambodia, and Burma, as well as the Office of Iranian Affairs and Office of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. She was one of six out of 4000+ graduating Stanford students to receive a public service award, and she pursued that path into government for a decade. She speaks German and Vietnamese.
