Dr. Alma Keshavarz is the Deputy Political Advisor at US Cyber Command. She previously served in the Secretary of State's Office of Policy Planning at the Department of State. Dr. Keshavarz was a past Post-Doctoral fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, and an adjunct faculty at Pepperdine University, School of Public Policy. She has written extensively on Middle East and national security issues, and the author of the The Iranian Revolutionary Guar Corps: Defining Iran's Military Doctrine (2023) through Bloomsbury Press.
