Mira Kamdar is an award-winning author who writes in both French and English. Her books have been translated and published in over a dozen editions around the world. A former member of the Editorial Board of the New York Times, where she wrote on international affairs topics, she has published essays, commentary and opinions in a wide range of publications around the world. She is a member of the faculty of the Journalism School at Sciences Po, where she teaches in the International Affairs Journalism joint Masters Program with the Paris School of International Affairs.
Born and raised on the Pacific Coast of the United States, Mira Kamdar holds a B.A. from Reed College and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. She lives in Pantin – the “Brooklyn” of Paris -- France. More on Mira at www.mirakamdar.com
