A National Delegation visit to El Paso, Texas, to explore immigration policy at the border.

The Pacific Council will travel to El Paso, Texas, to discuss immigration policy and the reality of its implementation at the border. Delegates will meet with government officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement as well as immigration-focused NGOs. The group will also cross the border to Ciudad Juárez to meet with elected officials and immigration personnel. This delegation is available to all Pacific Council members.
