A Pacific Council conference call exchange on the major foreign policy points made in President Obama's seventh State of the Union address.

The call featured Dr. Sean Aday, Director of the Institute for Public Diplomacy and Global Communication at GWU, and Dr. David K. Rehr, CEO of TransparaGov, Inc. Serving in the role of moderator was Ms. Jessica Yellin, former CNN Chief White House Correspondent. 

Our speakers considered the foreign policy challenges ahead in 2015, how United States foreign policy priorities have changed under President Obama's two terms, and the challenges the administration will face from the now Republican-led Congress.
