James discusses the connection between climate change and water scarcity. Having just returned from the COP23 climate summit in Bonn, Germany, she describes the conversations around water that took place at the summit.

Ms. Rachel Cardone

Global Water Scarcity Project Fellow, Pacific Council

Cardone explains why she dedicated her life to water issues and why everyone should care. She poses the question: what is water's value to us in terms of our human experience?
