Fall New Member Election

The Pacific Council has launched its Fall New Member Election to invite individuals to join our membership community. We welcome you to either apply to join the Pacific Council membership or nominate a new member candidate who has a passion for global affairs. We are accepting new member applications until Monday, September 30!
ABOUT PACIFIC COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP
The Pacific Council’s mission is to build the capacity of Los Angeles and California for impact on global issues, discourse, and policy. The Pacific Council approaches our work through a “local-to-global” lens, educating our local community and learning from peer organizations, cities, and leaders from all over the world.
As a Pacific Council member, you have opportunities to learn from fellow policy experts, build connections, and have access to a variety of in-person and virtual activities, such as local, national, and international delegations, conferences, and seminars.

Our members are invested in understanding international affairs, making an impact in their community, and affecting public policy discourse and outcomes.
HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP?
Fill out our online membership application to include:
- Contact information
- Professional biography
- CV or Resume
- Brief statement on why you want to join the Council
ALREADY A MEMBER? HERE’S HOW TO NOMINATE A NEW MEMBER
- Email our Membership Team a brief note introducing your nominee and endorsing their candidacy.
- Direct your nominee to fill out the online membership application to include:
- Nominee’s Contact information
- Nominee’s professional biography
- Nominee’s CV or resume
- Brief statement from the nominee on why you want to join the Council
