A Pacific Council Women’s Initiative luncheon featuring Ms. Kati Marton, Hungarian-American author and journalist.
Kari Marton's new memoir, Paris: A Love Story, details her life growing up in Budapest where her parents were imprisoned by the secret police, to her studies at the Sorbonne during the French student uprisings in the 1960s, to her tumultuous marriages to ABC anchor Peter Jennings and Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, to her storied journalism career covering the Ayatollah Khomeini in exile planning his takeover of Iran and "the troubles" in Ireland.
