Brigadier General Martins previously served as the Interim Commander and then Deputy Commander of Joint Task Force (JTF) 435 and most recently as Commander, Rule of Law Field Force in Afghanistan. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and a Rhodes Scholar. He holds an L.L.M. in Military Law and a Master’s Degree in National Security Strategy. Read more.
