Victor King is an Education Lawyer at OMLO Law in downtown Los Angeles. From December 2002 to August 2024, he was the University Legal Counsel and Information Privacy Officer at California State University, Los Angeles. He has been a member of the California Law Revision Commission since 2011. In 2018, the Los Angeles Business Journal selected him as its Leaders in Law, Government/Municipal In-House Counsel of the Year. Previously, he was a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois, a Public Member of the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, and a thrice-elected member of the Board of Trustees of Glendale Community College (where he taught political science and sociology as an adjunct faculty member). Victor received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He joined the Pacific Council in 2004.
