Veena Reddy leads USAID’s programs and operations in India and Bhutan. She has a rich background in international development and diplomacy, having served in Cambodia, Haiti, Pakistan, Central Asia, and Central America in addition to Washington D.C. managing and advising on a wide range of programming spanning disaster response, climate resiliency, atrocity prevention, food security, environment, health, education, child protection, Tibetan cultural preservation, and democracy and governance.
Prior to serving with the U.S. government, Ms. Reddy was a corporate attorney in New York, London, and Los Angeles. She. holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Columbia University School of Law and an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Chicago.
