Tara Paul is a member of the Land Use, Environmental and Natural Resources practice group at Allen Matkins. Her practice is focused issues related to water rights and water supply, and her experience includes representing clients in complex water rights litigation and groundwater contamination disputes.  She also provides regulatory and strategic advice on a number of land use, environmental, and water issues.
