Steve Jun is a visionary leader in the advertising industry, with over 30 years of global marketing and advertising experience. As the President & CEO of INNOCEAN Worldwide Americas (IWA), a global advertising agency overseeing operational strategies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil since 2015 and as the Head of Global Business at INNOCEAN, he has made a significant impact in the growth and success of the company.

As one of the founders of INNOCEAN in 2005, Steve has proven his entrepreneurial spirit, leading the agency to great heights. Under his leadership, INNOCEAN has grown to become a global advertising agency with 33 offices in 23 countries as of 2022. He has also played a key role in driving the success of INNOCEAN's clients, thanks to his ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and partners.

With his unique East-West perspective, Steve has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by brands competing in today's global marketplace. Previous to INNOCEAN, Steve worked at some of the most recognized agencies across the globe including Diamond Ad (Korea and the US), Burson-Marsteller and Bates Korea. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the world's most recognized brands including CITIBANK, Delta Air Lines, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, NOKIA, Ballantine’s Whiskey, Hankook Tire, and TaylorMade golf, in addition to several automotive brands including Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, VOLVO, BMW, and AUDI.
