As Managing Director, Kristen oversees operations and programs for the Pacific Council, and acts as advisor to the President & CEO to develop and execute the Pacific Council’s strategic vision and goals. She is responsible for providing effective management of the Pacific Council’s operations, developing annual operating plans and budgets that support the Pacific Council’s strategic plan, and overseeing all planning and logistics support for events and delegations. She also leads the design and execution of annual gala events, and supports the President & CEO on all governance related matters.
Kristen comes to the Pacific Council with over ten years of corporate management experience from Disney and KPMG, as well as over fifteen years of non-profit management experience at Barnsdall Arts. She holds an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, Master of Architecture from Yale University, and Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College. She is a longtime volunteer at Hollywood Food Coalition, as well as an amateur flutist and a devoted yoga student.
