John Schweiger is a partner and the primary subject matter expert for ZeroLine.org. ZeroLine, is a US non-profit that provides research for international institutions from inside Ukraine. John spent over three months in 2022 touring the front lines to generate reports which have had significant impact.

John is also the owner and CEO of Delcom Instruments. Delcom designs and manufactures precision laboratory equipment for material science laboratories. Delcom is the leading company in its market segment in the US and has recently expanded to both Asia and Europe.

John has served as an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps (1997-2001). He was also the Field Operations Manager for USAID in Afghanistan (2003-2006), and the Deputy Director for Strategy, Planning, and Doctrine at the US Department of State (2006-2010).

John has a BA in international relations from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
