Ina Thigith (she/her) is the Program Administrator of Engagement for the Pacific Council on International Policy. In this role, Ina manages content and research for our programs and serves as a vital bridge between our membership and events departments. Additionally, Ina manages sustaining member giving and administration of the Junior Fellows Program.
Ina recently graduated with a Master’s in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School, specializing in Human Security, International Business & Gender and Intersectional Analysis. Her research focuses on social urbanism, architecture, and civic engagement as tools for community wellness and restoration, specifically in the Latin American context. Ina also recently completed a data research fellowship for Empowering Pacific Islander Communities (EPIC) through AAPI Data's DNA Fellowship program.
Before working at the Pacific Council, Ina interned in the Department of Economic Affairs for the U.S. Embassy in London, where she completed projects in partnership with Haver Analytics and cultivated her passion for international diplomacy. Upon her return to the United States, she interned as a representative for the Asia Society of Southern California and served on congressional campaigns through Prosper Rose LLC, a political consulting firm that pushed for diversity, equity, and inclusion in politics.
Ina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from the University of California, Los Angeles. During her studies, she focused on the relationship between the U.S. and East Asia and spent time living in Hong Kong, where she studied business at The University of Hong Kong, and in Tokyo, where she lived as an English teacher. Ina enjoys spending time with her dog Goomba, supporting small businesses, nail art, and baking.
