Mr. Morris recently retired from Pacific Northwest National Laboratory after a career of over thirty years. On behalf of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), he pioneered assistance to strengthen regulatory programs for nuclear security and international safeguards throughout the world, working closely with the International Atomic Energy Agency. In 2020, he received the NNSA Administrator's Silver Service Award. A lawyer by training, he earned his B.A. (magna cum laude), M.P.P. (Master in Public Policy), and J.D. degrees from Harvard University.
