Frances Arricale is a government relations professional with career experience across the private, public and non-profit sectors on the local, state, national, and international levels.   Fran earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University, Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
