Eli provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to technology and media companies at Lincoln International, an investment bank spread across 20 offices in 15 countries, encompassing the top 10 global economies.
He has significant experience working on transactions involving Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies and advising leading private equity firms and privately held businesses on strategic alternatives. Eli specializes in enterprise software, e-commerce and commerce enablement, marketing technology, retail technology, insights and analytics, and internet and digital media.
Before joining Lincoln, Eli was at Intrepid Investment Bankers (sold to Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), where he was responsible for launching and leading the firm’s insights and analytics practice. Previously, Eli held roles at media and marketing investment banking firm Berkery Noyes and mid-market investment bank Duff & Phelps (now known as Kroll). After completing an internship at Goldman Sachs, he began his career as a special assistant to a United States Senator in Washington, D.C.
Eli earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was a Merit Scholar.
