Chaim Rochester is a Cultural Strategist and Leadership Performance Coach based in Los Angeles, California. Leveraging cultural strategy and values-based leadership as drivers of performance and innovation, Chaim has worked with leaders across a broad array of organizations such as Nissan North America, Deluxe Entertainment, Los Angeles County Office of Education, The Arts for Incarcerated Youth Network, and Oxford House Inc. to improve leadership, transform culture, and sustain organizational change. Passionate about navigating the human dynamics of change to create breakthrough performance, Chaim has spent over a decade studying with foremost experts in the fields of emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and conscious change leadership. Currently a doctoral student at Pacifica Graduate Institute, Chaim holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate institute, BS in Organizational Development with certificates in Business & Management from both Champlain College and the University of Vermont, and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and the Southern California Leadership Network.
