Carole Wagner Vallianos is an attorney who specialized in employment and nonprofit law. (Ret.). She was CEO of LABioMed ( now Lundquist Institute). She also worked as a consultant with the US Dept of State in emerging democracies, including Bosnia, India, Cyprus, and Turkey working to build a civil society. She was president of the Amer. Judicature Society and the League of Women Voters of California.  She was also on the board of the LWVUS. She is past chair of Richstone Family Center. She has been a member of Pacific Council since 2000.
