Brian Chase is a global public affairs strategist with more than twenty years of experience advising organizations operating at the intersection of government, infrastructure, and emerging technology. He has represented leading technology, communications, and entertainment companies on regulatory, geopolitical, and market-entry issues across California, Europe, and the Middle East, with a focus on water, energy, and data networks.

In addition to his professional work, Brian holds several leadership roles in cultural and civic institutions. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Library Committee of the California Club in Los Angeles and Secretary of the California and Northwest Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums. He is also Chairman of the Belvedere–Tiburon Joint Recreation Committee in Marin County and Speakers Chairman of the Sacramento Seminar in San Francisco. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Santa Monica Social Services Commission and Vice Chairman of the Los Angeles County Business Federation.

Brian is an active alumnus of the University of Southern California, where he earned a Master of Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with an Academic Minor in Cinema-Television. His public service experience as a student includes cabinet-level work in the Office of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in Sacramento and national participation as a California delegate to the Republican National Convention in New York.

Outside of his professional and civic commitments, Brian is an outdoor enthusiast and active member of his local community. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and sailing, serves as a lector at his parish, and competes in his neighborhood tennis and mahjong leagues.
