
Brian Chase is a public affairs specialist with over twenty years of international experience in water, energy, and telecommunications. An advocate of historical research and preservation, he serves as the Chairman of the Library Committee of the California Club in Los Angeles and Board Secretary of the California and Northwest Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums. Brian is also an avid angler and tennis player, and enjoys volunteering with his local sailing and historical societies in Marin County. Studying at the University of Southern California, including several years at its State Capital Center in Sacramento, he earned a Master of Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with an Academic Minor in Cinema-Television.
