Brian Chase is a public affairs and government relations executive with over two decades of experience advancing infrastructure, technology, and economic development initiatives. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, along with a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning, with a minor in Cinema-Television.

His international experience spans water treatment consulting in the Middle East, virtual reality and media production in Germany and Ireland, and strategic advisory work at the intersection of technology, public policy, and infrastructure. He serves as Secretary of the California and Northwest Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums and as Chairman of the Library Committee of the California Club in Los Angeles, advancing the preservation of artistic and cultural heritage at home and abroad. Previously, Brian spent nearly a decade as the Director of California Legislative Public Affairs at AT&T, where he shaped policies supporting telecommunications infrastructure, network resilience, and public safety.
