Brian Chase is a global public affairs strategist with more than twenty years of experience advising organizations operating at the intersection of government, infrastructure, and emerging technology. He has supported leading multinational companies and professional associations on regulatory, geopolitical, and market-entry issues across California, Europe, and the Middle East, with a focus on water, energy, and data networks.

In addition to his work, Brian holds several leadership roles in cultural and civic institutions. For the better part of a decade, he has served as the Chairman of the Library Committee of the California Club in Los Angeles and Secretary of the California and Northwest Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums. He is also the Chairman of the Belvedere–Tiburon Joint Recreation Committee in Marin County and Speakers Chairman of the Sacramento Seminar in San Francisco. And in years past, he served as the Chairman of the Santa Monica Social Services Commission and Vice Chairman of the Los Angeles County Business Federation.

Brian earned a Master of Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy from the University of Southern California, where he also received a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with an Academic Minor in Cinema-Television.
