Brett Mills is a highly accomplished executive with over 23 years of distinguished service in the United States Army Special Operations, the Intelligence Community, and International Private Enterprise. His career spans conflict zones across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond, where he has excelled in
conflict resolution, covert action, counterterrorism, and counter-narcotics operations.

Brett is known for his exceptional stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to effectively brief technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences, and build collaborative relationships with federal, state, local, and private sector partners.

Brett has successfully prosecuted priority US policy objectives, led, organized, and contributed to unilateral and joint military covert action programs, executed collection operations in various environments, and collaborated with esteemed partners such as the Drug Enforcement Agency, Customs and Border Patrol, and Treasury partners to identify and pursue priority collection opportunities. 

Brett's extensive experience in project and program management makes him a seasoned leader in overseeing complex initiatives and ensuring successful execution. He has led cross-functional teams and coordinated legal, budgetary, and policy aspects, demonstrating sound operational judgment in planning high-risk activities and delivering results in mission-critical situations.
