With nearly 15 years of experience in the international education sector, Ayanna is constantly sharing creative ways to engage the dynamic environment of international education.

Early in her career, she supported the implementation of large-scale computerized testing systems across five continents for government agencies, private organizations and non-profit institutions for education assessment tools.

Ayanna’s background includes global posts held in both Japan and Canada. She has traveled extensively across the world and with emphasis the Asia-Pacific region. After years living abroad, she returned to her hometown of Los Angeles to forward her career on the West Coast.
She serves as Relations Manager, for a student placement company with its headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. She actively promotes the West Coast as a study destination for international students. She has focused her expertise in the field of international enrolment management. This work is centered on developing partnerships with higher-education institutions and consulting on strategic planning and exercising best practices.

Ayanna is very active in the international education community and regularly presents at international conferences delivering insights on market research, globalization, and student mobility.

Ayanna received her a BA in Journalism from Washington & Lee University and a certificate in Japanese from Cornell University.
